One of the local churches holds a "pumpkin patch" every year, so we decided to take the kids there to pick out some pumpkins. The day we went was also the day of their Fall celebration, so there was a bounce house and plenty of volunteers to assist with pumpkin picking. I think the kids touched almost every pumpkin there, but the highlight was definitely the kids and pumpkins getting a wagon ride back to the car. The kids each picked a good sized pumpkin and we hope to carve them soon!
